The agreement
between you and Callora.
Last updated: 03 June 2026 · Effective date: 03 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "member") and Callora Networks ("Callora", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the Callora website, the 10-digit Callora number allocated to you and the peer-to-peer voice service offered through them (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Callora. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of India or any other jurisdiction that applies to you.
2. Your account and your number
When you register, the Service allocates a unique 10-digit "Callora number" to your account. The number is a service identifier, not a telephone number issued by a telecommunications authority. It is not portable to other networks and cannot be used to call emergency services or numbers on the public switched telephone network (PSTN). You may not transfer, sell, lease or share your account or number with any third party. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Nature of the Service
Callora is an over-the-top (OTT) voice application that establishes direct peer-to-peer connections between members' web browsers using WebRTC. The Service is provided strictly for personal, lawful communication. It is not a telephone service, a public telecommunications network, an emergency communications service, or a substitute for any of them. Callora cannot be used to dial 100, 101, 102, 108, 112, 911 or any other emergency number. If you need emergency assistance, use a traditional phone or mobile network.
4. Fees
The core Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features or tiers in the future; if we do, the pricing and the relevant terms will be made available before you purchase, and your existing free entitlements will not be retroactively withdrawn. Any purchases made through the Service are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of Callora is at all times subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Violation of that policy is a material breach of this agreement and may result in suspension or termination of your account and your number, without refund of any fees.
6. Content of conversations
Because audio and video on Callora travel directly between peers, we do not host, record, or moderate the content of conversations. You are solely responsible for what you say and share during a Callora call and for the consequences of those communications. We provide no warranty as to the conduct of other members.
7. Intellectual property
The Callora name, logo, website, software, designs, look-and-feel and all related intellectual property rights are and remain the property of Callora Networks and its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape or create derivative works of any part of the Service except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on web technologies and infrastructure (such as your browser, your internet service provider, and public STUN servers) operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, performance or security of those third-party components. Your relationship with your internet, mobile and hardware providers is solely between you and them.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available 24×7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, browser updates, and force majeure events may temporarily affect availability.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, revoke your number or restrict your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if (i) we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; (ii) your continued use poses a security, legal or reputational risk to Callora or other members; (iii) we are required to do so by law or a competent authority; or (iv) we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, indemnity, IP and dispute resolution) will survive.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. See our Disclaimer for further details.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Callora, its directors, employees, agents or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees one thousand).
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Callora and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) your use of or access to the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual-property or privacy right; or (iv) the content of any communication you make through the Service.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 15, the courts at Chandigarh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
15. Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises between you and Callora, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting support@callora.cc. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days of your written notice, either party may pursue the matter in the courts identified in Section 14.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified to you by email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of a revised version constitutes acceptance of the changes.
17. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and Callora regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may freely assign them.
