What Callora is.
And what it is not.
Last updated: 03 June 2026
The information and services made available through the Callora website and platform (together, the "Service") are provided by Callora Networks ("Callora") on an "as is" and "as available" basis for general informational and personal communication purposes only. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept the disclaimers set out below. This Disclaimer should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Not an emergency or telephony service
Callora is an internet-based, peer-to-peer voice application. It is not a substitute for a fixed-line or mobile telephone service. In particular:
- Callora cannot be used to place or receive calls to or from any public telephone number, including 100, 101, 102, 108, 112, 911 or any other emergency number.
- The 10-digit Callora number is a service identifier used within the Callora network and is not registered with any telecommunications authority.
- The Service depends on a working internet connection, a compatible browser and adequate device performance — none of which we control.
If you need emergency assistance, please use a traditional landline or mobile phone or other recognised emergency communication channel.
2. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callora disclaims all representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, regarding the Service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, security, availability, completeness and quality. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
3. Call quality and connectivity
Because Callora connects members directly through their own internet connections, call quality, latency and the ability to connect depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to: your and the other peer's internet bandwidth, your and the other peer's hardware and microphone, network address translation (NAT) and firewall configurations, browser version, operating system, and the geographic distance between peers. We make no guarantee that any particular call will connect, remain connected, or achieve a particular audio quality.
4. Information on the website
Content on the Callora website — including descriptions of features, security properties, performance characteristics, screenshots, illustrations, testimonials, statistics and timelines — is provided for general informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this content accurate and up to date, we make no representation that it is complete, current or free of errors, and we reserve the right to change it at any time without notice.
5. Member conduct and third-party content
Callora does not record, screen, monitor or moderate the content of conversations between members. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the conduct, statements, opinions, claims or content of any member during a call. Any reliance you place on what another member says during a Callora call is strictly at your own risk.
6. No professional advice
Nothing on the Callora website or in any communication facilitated by the Service constitutes legal, medical, financial, tax, investment or other professional advice. You should not rely on information obtained through Callora as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
7. External links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide such links for convenience only; they do not imply endorsement. We have no control over the content, privacy practices or availability of any third-party site, and we accept no responsibility for them. Your access to and use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and policies.
8. Security
While Callora uses encryption (DTLS-SRTP) built into WebRTC to protect the audio path between peers, no electronic communication or storage method is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorised access, interception, or other security incidents, and we expressly disclaim any such guarantee.
9. Forward-looking statements
Some statements on the Callora website describe future plans, roadmap items or anticipated features. Such statements are aspirational and not commitments. Actual outcomes may differ materially from what is described, and we reserve the right to change, defer or cancel any planned feature at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Callora, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any reliance on information made available through it. The limits of liability set out in our Terms & Conditions apply equally to this Disclaimer.
